• An advance of 50% of the Total Sum is needed for the confirmation of booking
• The balance payment is to be made before the Check Out date .

Our Cancellation Policy :-

• No retention charge if cancelled 30 days prior to the guests arrival date.
• A retention charge of 10%( Rate X No of room nights ) will be imposed if cancelled within 15 to 29 days,prior to the guests arrival date .
• A retention charge of 25%( Rate X No of room nights ) will be imposed if cancelled within 7 to 14 days,prior to the guests arrival date
• A retention charge of 50%( Rate X No of rooms nights) will be imposed if cancelled within 3 to 7 days,prior to the guests arrival date .
• A retention charge of 75%( Rate X No of room nights ) will be imposed if cancelled within 24 to 72 hours,prior to the guests arrival date .
• A retention charge of 100%( Rate X No of room nights ) will be imposed if cancelled within 24hrs ,prior to the guests arrival date .

How to reach Hotel Anand Palace :: Darjeeling

By Air :

Bagdogra( about 85 kilometres from Darjeeling and a three hour drive ) is connected by air with all the Metros in the country .

By Train :

New Jalpaiguri (NJP) is the nearest rail head and is also about 85 kilometres from Darjeelling .NJP is also connected with all the major cities of the country ,with most of trains heading for the North Eastern states making a stop at this junction. The famous Toy Train departs for Darjeeling from NJP daily at 0900hrs and it takes approximately 9 hours to reach Darjeeing .

By Road

Hotel Anand Palace is 3 hours by car from Bagdogra/NJP . It is a spectacular journey ,as the car ascends to a height of about 7500 feet to Darjeeling ,the pricking heat gives way to the cool mountain air.The scenery changes as the road winds up its way through the green valleys until you emerge at the Batasia Loop ,from where you will get the first glimpse of picturesque Darjeeling Town with Kanchenjunga towering overhead . Hotel Anand Palace is located at 5 .Dr. S.M Das Road ,two minutes walk from the railway station .The nearest landmark is “The Rink Mall” (housing Big Bazar ,INOX etc) which is directly opposite the Hotel.
